Returns Policy
At Sheraz Scents, we want every customer to shop with confidence. This Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for orders placed through our website.
1. Returns Window
If you change your mind about your order, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
Once your return request is accepted, you should send the item back to us within 14 days. Items returned outside this period may not be accepted unless required by law.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened and in its original condition.
- Returned in the original packaging where possible.
- Complete with any labels, caps, boxes, inserts or accessories received with the order.
- Returned with proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.
3. Fragrance & Hygiene Policy
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, fragrance products cannot normally be returned if they have been opened, sprayed, used, damaged, or if any protective seal or packaging has been broken.
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photos of the product, packaging and delivery box where possible.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we may offer a replacement, exchange or refund in line with your consumer rights.
5. How to Request a Return
To request a return, please email us before sending anything back.

Please include:
- Your full name.
- Your order number.
- The item you want to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos if the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect.
We will reply with the next steps and return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
6. Return Postage
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage cost.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable return solution.
We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost in transit.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will normally be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
If a refund is approved for a change-of-mind return, original standard delivery charges may be refunded where required by law, but any extra delivery upgrade costs may not be refundable.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered where stock is available. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can confirm whether the requested item is available.
9. Non-Returnable Items
We may be unable to accept returns for:
- Opened, sprayed or used fragrance products.
- Items with broken seals or damaged hygiene packaging.
- Items not returned in a resalable condition, unless faulty.
- Personalised, customised or made-to-order items, if applicable.
- Gift cards or digital products, if applicable.
10. Missing or Delayed Returns
If you have returned an item and have not received an update, please contact us with your order number and proof of postage.

11. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns Policy affects your statutory consumer rights. If an item is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law.
